Our Support
We offer support to anyone affected by the death of a baby, however recent or distant, by telephone, email or face to face through our support groups.
We are here to support you, comfort you and most importantly to listen to you. Our befrienders have all lost babies themselves and will understand the pain and anguish you will be feeling.
We currently hold one support meeting each month on the first Tuesday of the month at The Liberty Tea Rooms and Community Hub in Hemel Hempstead.
Our meetings are informal events and provide an opportunity to meet and talk with others who have had similar experiences, share stories, or just sit and listen in a safe, relaxed environment. Anyone is welcome to attend, with newcomers always warmly received.
Hemel Hempstead Group
The Hemel Hempstead group meets every first Tuesday of the month at the Liberty Tea Rooms, 12 Bank Court, HP1 1BS, between 8:00pm and 9:30pm.
Although there is no street parking directly outside the Liberty Tea Rooms there is plenty of parking in the car parks adjacent
You are welcome to attend any or all of the meetings and do not need to let us know in advance if you are coming. The support groups are not just for mothers and fathers, but also for other members of family, especially grandparents and other children.
Many people may be touched by your baby’s death, including friends and health professionals, and all are welcome to contact us for support and information.
